Duncan Studio Annie Award

This video as some really great shots.
It also make me think of my step dad . He always look at things like that in movies, specially when the "photographer" is doing something wrong :-), this thought me to look at movie with different eyes.

Photoshop brushe organization trick

You can take advantage of Photoshop default brush preset dialogue window to organize your brushes.

Create a brushes library/preset and save it (Save Brushes) in the following
folder (PC):
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)\Presets\Brushes\
(I'll check at home for mac)

I removed the pre-existing ones as I never use them.

CS6 allow you to create a button to replace your brushes with a selected one, but I like this technique to keep things clean as my screen workspace is limited.

practical FX

Today I found this great youTube channel. This guy is shooting a lot of practical FX very well.
I don't think his videos are good to use for game or movie assets but the images he offers are just so beautiful.
Even if I'm a sucker for any cool CG, nature and good filming will still win my heart.
